After the latest theme update, I began receiving this error: "Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted." This issue only started after updating the theme, I tried contacting Author to help with this issue but theirs a renewal cost of $77 and I can not afford to pay that amount... That cost more than the template itself....
Maybe your support has expired, you should renew your support package to get support.
When I debugged the issue, it pointed directly to the GoalThemes plugin. This plugin appears to be essential for the template to function, but it consistently causes conflicts. Without it, the template doesn’t work properly, effectively forcing me to keep a plugin that breaks the site with every update. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to renew a $77 support package just to receive help for an issue caused by your product—that’s a steep price for something that shouldn’t happen in the first place.
I’ve used various templates for years and never encountered problems like this. I even switched to a different template to test the issue, and everything worked perfectly. Whatever changes were made to your template completely disrupted my work. I regret purchasing this theme—it’s caused me months of stress, repeatedly breaking my site. Despite adding over 300 lines of custom CSS and PHP to fix multiple issues, new problems keep surfacing.
UPDATE: This template currently has a conflicting issue with Elementor. I spent hours troubleshooting why Elementor wasn’t working—deactivating all plugins, increasing the memory limit, and making various optimizations to identify the cause. Eventually, I switched to a different template, and Elementor started working again. This confirms that the issue originates from the EcoFish template. It’s unclear whether the developer is aware of these ongoing technical conflicts with other plugins, but this template has consistently presented compatibility issues...
UPDATE: The Author of this website is NOT updating the template to be compatible for the latest Elementor updates. I had to do a rollback to 3.23.3 on Elementor for the problem to be fixed while still using EcoFish. This template is lacking updates for Elementor causing the widgets to not functions properly.

We have also just supported customers who bought Ecofish with Elementor errors and they are very satisfied. If you want support, please renew your support package.
When will the latest version of the template be approved? I haven't been able to work on the homepage due to Elementor's infinite loading screen, which is preventing me from making any edits. Additionally, both the footer and header have a grey overlay that blocks editing within Elementor widgets. I reached out to Elementor support, and after diagnosing the issue, they indicated that the problem stems from the template not being up to date with Elementor. I did a rollback to an older version of Elementor, it works but the newest Elementor is not compatible with this current EcoFish theme.
i dont know when the latest version of the template will be approved, it depends on templatemonster. i am still waiting
It's now 2/1/2025 and no update released yet..
It's now 2/7/2025 and once again, no update released yet.. I haven't been able to work on the site because it's not compatible with the latest Elementor update.
I noticed that the template hasn’t been updated for a few months. Could you please update it to the latest version, as some WooCommerce files have been outdated? I noticed this theme rarely gets update.
Actually this theme is updated regularly, but templatemonster is very slow in approving reviews, sorry for that. You can create a support ticket, I will update you
Is your ecofish template compatible with 8.3 PHP? Also, is it compatible with the lastest WooCommerce? Please let me know if compatible as of 7/2/2024. I want to purchase theme but need to know this
